Qualifications:
  1. College or Community College degree in related field or two years of work experience if past records and references warrant.
  2. Ability to meet the public and communicate effectively both in person and on the telephone.  Provide information regarding services and/or programs when appropriate staff person is unavailable.
  3. Ability to work successfully as part of a team as well as assume independent responsibilities.
  4. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously within a strict time frame.

Responsible to:                         Site Manager/Director of Sales

Purpose of Job:  To ensure the safe and efficient operation of all facilities and equipment and to maintain the site grounds in a neat, attractive and safe manner.

General Responsibilities
• Responsible for grounds maintenance including but not limited to mowing, weed-eating, leaf blowing, filling pot holes, brushing.
• Responsible for general maintenance including but not limited to  bathroom cleaning, painting, identifying and correcting hazards, removing graffiti, washing/treating wooden signs, tables and boardwalks
• Responsible for keeping vehicular access and walkways free of vegetation
• Responsible for inspecting commodes and urinals for normal functioning and proper pressure
• Responsible for emptying recycling containers and collecting trash from receptacles and site grounds.
• Assist with maintenance of bulletin boards as needed
• Responsible for routine inspection of all equipment and facilities
• Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of record keeping and reporting procedures related to the sales area
• Assist with opening and closing of facilities including water systems
